The Role

As our Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in promoting the club across our digital channels, helping to showcase the people, stories, and events that make our club unique.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Creating engaging social media content across our platforms
* Covering training sessions and matchdays with live updates, photos, and video content
* Conducting player and coach interviews
* Identifying and creating content around current social media and viral trends
* Helping to grow audience engagement and increase the club’s online profile
* Bringing new ideas and creativity to our content strategy

Time Commitment

* Thursday evenings: 6:00pm – 8:30pm (training coverage)
* Saturdays: 1:00pm – 5:00pm (matchday coverage – approximately 15-30 games per year)

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

* Has a passion for social media and sport, particularly rugby
* Is creative, proactive, and full of ideas
* Is confident using platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Has strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Is reliable, enthusiastic, and keen to learn

Previous experience is welcome but not essential—enthusiasm and commitment are most important.
